5 Common Questions About Partnering With Monat

Let's face it, starting your own business with little to no experience is a scary thing. Trust me, I get it! Before I said yes to this opportunity, I hopped on an hour long (no joke!!!) phone call with my now sponsor, Melina, and asked about a million questions. Everything from "is this a pyramid scheme?" to "what on earth would I even be doing?!".

I'm here to answer all of the common questions I typically get when someone is interested in partnering with me!

What is Monat?

Modern Nature (Monat for short) is a luxury hair and skincare company that was started back in 2014 by the cutest family ever, the Urdaneta family. Since then, Monat has become a billion dollar company (yep, you read that right!!!) and has expanded outside of the United States to Canada, Ireland, Poland and the United Kingdom. We have had a crazy amount of growth, and we are now the #1 hair care company in the United States. Our products are leaping bunny approved, vegan, naturally based, sulfate free, paraben free, and more. They are customizable based on your needs, which is why we have a less than 1% return rate...there's something for everyone!

What would I be doing day to day?

It's honestly pretty simple what you'd be doing! You'd be promoting the products and opportunity using Instagram, another social media platform or even in person if that's what you prefer. Your two main goals are to build a residual income by helping VIP customers achieve their hair and skin goals, as well as guide others to build their dream life, whatever that looks like for them. And guess what? It's TOTALLY OKAY if you have zero experience because I have so many systems set in place for you and all the tools and resources you'd need to succeed. I GOT YOU, SIS!

What is the first step if I decide to say yes?

Your first step is to choose a product pack! These are the products you will use on yourself to get to know the product line. You obviously don't want to promote something you haven't used before. The nice thing is we don't carry any inventory, so you'll also get your own personal website to place orders on and they will ship directly to your customer from the warehouse! There are four different options to choose from for the pack, so it's doable for any budget. Click here to see your options!

Note: this is the ONLY thing you ever have to purchase from the company, unless of course you'd like to order more products (at a 30% discount)! We don't pay for our website or have any type of fees.

How do I make money?

First off, we have a very generous compensation plan! The company pays out up to 40% of personal sales commissions, as well as other benefits like a car program and free trips. We get paid 10 different ways, including every Friday based on what we sell and the 15th of every month is BONUS DAY, where we get paid out on sales bonuses, rank advancement bonuses, and more. When you first partner with Monat, you enter what's called Smart Start Program. The length of your Smart Start period is from the time you join until end of that month, plus two more months. This program is to help you kickstart your business by making back the money you spent on your product pack, plus more!

How much time do I need to invest?

You truly get out of it what you put into it, just like anything in life. Everything is on your terms! You are your own boss and make your own hours, so this business model is literally set up to fit into ANY TYPE OF SCHEDULE. I always say if you spend at least 30 minutes a day of focused work on your business, you will be successful. If you have a lot on your plate, and you're worried you won't have the time to add something else, just remember everyone has the same 24 hours!!!
